Carter started his professional career as a teacher and transitioned to the Financial Advisor role in July of 2025. He attended Indiana Wesleyan University and is a graduate of Indiana University South Bend where he received his BS in Social Studies Education. During his time at IWU, he was a baseball player for the Wildcats. Carter has obtained his FINRA SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 securities licenses.
Carter and his wife Maggy, who is a native of Columbus, live here in town and they are active members of their church Columbus First Church of the Nazarene. Carter enjoys all things sports, spending time with his two boys Cash and Murphy, and watching the Indiana Hoosiers, Chicago Cubs, and Indiana Pacers.
